Returns & Exchanges

Given the custom nature of our printed products, we only offer returns and exchanges for items that are defective or not as described. If you encounter an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the item(s) and a description of the problem.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order number and details about the product issue. We’ll guide you through the process and provide a return address if applicable.

Tiny Art Mart covers return shipping costs for items that are defective or not as described. For all other returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
